History
Cadence has been in business since 2010. Founded by Herb Hoard, the company began designing and building affordable custom homes throughout the Midwest.
As President, Herb provides leadership to all of his employees and ensures that his customers are nothing but satisfied.
Ben manages the Operation aspect of the company which handles the framing structure and exterior construction of the build as well as some project management.
Herb and his Wife have a family of 12 children and many of the kids help out on the family run business cleaning, building and helping dad keep things rolling.
